The Wikane “Executive Board” responds to the need of executives who are looking for objectivity and are in need of taking a step back in a specific area: experience of other lines of business and other markets, expertise in strategy, development and management, and finally informed advice to facilitate decision-making.

This happens in two stages: the first stage is getting to grips with the situation, the second stage is advice, coaching and support. Work meetings take place every three weeks and these constitute sixteen key opportunities at which the owner/manager finds concrete answers to his/her questions.
